Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it, you have two options:

Option 1: Request deletion by online form

Use the Get In Touch form to request data deletion, specifying the email address associated with your account. We will first reach out to you to confirm deletion and, upon your approval, will process your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and will send you a confirmation once this is complete.

Option 2: If you signed up or logged in using Google, Facebook, or another social login provider

You can also remove The ACE Manifesto's access to your account directly from that provider's own security or app-permissions settings (for example, Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access, or Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites). Removing access there stops any future login via that method, but does not automatically delete your account or data on this Site, please also follow Option 1 above to ensure your account and associated data are fully deleted from The ACE Manifesto.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we delete your account credentials, profile information (including any "User Manual of Me" entries), and remove you from both newsletter lists (Book Publishing Updates and Website & Resource Updates).
